The influence of labor gymnastics and quality of diet business on symptomatology of pain of workers in the administrative sector
Abstract
The work-related diseases (WMSDs's) are very common among workers in the administrative sector, because the environments are not ergonomic. Grocery posture for several hours and a work of repetitive stress can lead to a painful, disabling the individual todevelop their activities. This study aimed to verify the efficiency of the practice of laboral gymnastics (LG) in reducing pain of officials of the administrative sector and identify possible nutrients that may aggravate inflammation in the offered diet. 30 employees from the administrative section of a steel manufacture mill. Two groups were randomized: a control group sedentary and the group Laboral Gymnastics (LG) which participate effectively in LG sessions three times a week at Gymnastics Pause in themorning. The perception of pain condition and quality of life questionnaire were assessed at program start and end respectively on the three-month program, a dietary history was collected during the business day search. The criterion for choosing the company has never participated in a structured exercise program on the desktop. The results suggest that the LG has been satisfactory in reducing the level of pain, improve quality of life and reduce the stress of the samples of group fitness participants, as well, was effective in assessing the food offered in business and to identify possible precursors to increase the painful inflammation. The three months of practice of LG seems to have been enough to encourage physical activity and provide an improved quality of life of workers and could be easily implemented achieving a good compliance rate.
