L'effetto di un programma di camminata a intensità moderata della durata di sei mesi sulla salute mentale, sulla qualità della vita e sulla qualità soggettiva del sonno negli anziani non attivi con diabete di tipo 2

Abstract

Il diabete di tipo 2 è una malattia comune, costosa e cronica e le persone con questa malattia hanno un livello di salute inferiore rispetto ad altre persone. Lo scopo di questo studio era di esaminare l'effetto di un programma di esercizi di camminata moderata di sei mesi sulla salute mentale, sulla qualità della vita e sulla qualità soggettiva del sonno negli anziani non attivi con diabete di tipo 2. studio empirico con un pre-test- progettazione post-test con il gruppo di controllo. Quaranta soggetti sono stati appositamente selezionati dal campione di convenienza. Sono stati utilizzati tre questionari standard ad alta validità e un protocollo di formazione appropriato per un periodo di sei mesi. I dati raccolti sono stati analizzati dal coefficiente di correlazione di Pearson e dall'ANOVA a una via. I risultati hanno mostrato che non vi era alcuna differenza significativa tra le variabili prima dell'intervento (P>0,05), ma che c'era una differenza significativa tra il gruppo di controllo e quello sperimentale dopo l'intervento (p<0,05). L'esercizio aerobico regolare può essere un esempio di programmi di promozione della salute mentale nei diabetici di tipo 2 e può essere efficace nel migliorare la qualità della vita e la qualità soggettiva del sonno e nel ridurre la quantità di glucosio negli anziani.
