Behavior of lactate and cardiac frequency, with the supplementation of 40 grams of carbohydrate in pedestrian’s
Abstract
The result of the lactate and cardiac frequency with carbohydrate supplement in runners The purpose of this current study was to verify the carbohydrate supplement for a month over the responsive in lactate curve and cardiac frequency and the implication of this responsive on the diagnoses of the runners’ performance. Therefore three males by the age of 35, 31 and 38 years old, 80 kg, 86 Kg, 76 Kg and height of 1.81 cm, 1.82 cm, 1.81 cm were submitted to four weeks in a role to a training. In this training, the runner A got only a diet, the runner B got a diet joined with a 40 g carbohydrate supplement during practice and the runner C wasn’t submitted to any intervention. The runners kept the same training three times a week in the same rote. The analysis outcome showed the importance of the carbohydrate supplement during aerobics training. The result of the current study let us to the conclusion that four weeks with carbohydrate supplement produced a difference effect on the diagnoses of performance on both lactate variable and cardiac frequency in this people analyzed in this study.
